   I ended up returning a few of the same due to malfunctioning. Finally, I received one that actually works. With the interchangeable option, it us easy to clean and switch between the two containers. I do recommend this product but be aware that may take a few tries before receiving one that actually works.

   This product has improved the quality of my cooking life. I use a lot of pepper in my cooking, so I have always looked forward to a product that grinds pepper automatically and finely. It is very convenient and has an excellent design. While I am highly satisfied with every aspect of this product, one improvement I would suggest is incorporating a built-in battery that can be recharged. Currently, using AA batteries is what I consider the only drawback of this product.

   I saw this in a small boutique-like cooking store and loved its functionality. It was slightly discounted on Amazon so purchased along with a another pod. As in the picture, we use for 2 different peppers and the middle with the grinder attached to a pod is for sea salt. My husband sometimes complains it expels too fast (so just hit the button quickly! Duh.). I bought the Finamill base at another retailer since it was not offered on Amazon but looked at other rectangular plate-like options. Lots of alternatives available. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.

   Functions perfectly, takes seconds to change pods. The consistency of the grinding mechanism is amazing. We have had a lot of cheaper grinders that just don’t compare.
   Down side I can’t find extra pods and accessories that can be sent to New Zealand from Amazon.
   Apart from that highly recommend, Buy it you won’t regret it ! .

   I’ve been wanting to get this and finally did! It arrived today! It’s so nice and easy to hold! Plus switching between pods is extremely easy! I did inspect everything because the idk if the pods are suppose to be white but mine aren’t. Also, the seal on the box looked like it had been opened and it had empty slots so I’m not sure if anything is missing since it does not state on the box what exactly is included. But, I didn’t get a chance to use it today since I got home late but, I will come back and update the review once I’ve used it. But, it’s really nice and would make a a good gift.

   I have to say that this battery operated spice grinder is one of the most ingenious inventions out there. The design is modern so looks nice on the kitchen counter and the grinder is so easy to use. The dial beneath the pod adjusts so that you can create that perfect grind. I like that there are several color options to choose from as well as an optional tray for storing and additional pods should you decide to venture into other spices. Highly recommend.

   After doing some research on battery operated pepper grinders I purchased the Finamill based on the reviews and I couldn't be happier. It matched our color scheme and works perfectly for both peppercorns and coarse salt. It's easy to switch between spices and provides a good grind. It has been almost three months and I love it. You can adjust the grind from coarse to fine on each pod. It even has a small LED light. Give it a try.

   I got this as a Christmas gift for my mom, and she really liked it. It's easy to use, the speed it's faster than the one I currently have, and uses 1 less battery (total of 3), and because it's got interchangeable pod, I don't need to use so many batteries at once. ( Mine need 4 each for salt and pepper)
   
   It is made with plastic, but I think the quality is acceptable. Well package. Would buy another set to replace my current one.

   So far I’m super excited and look forward to buying a third pod for other dry spices (there seems to be one specific for oily spices).
   
   I would keep in mind that there is no cap for the pods, so unless you buy the 3 piece holder set, you may need to set them on a plate to avoid spices on your counter.

   I stumbled across this spice grinder and just had to have it! It's so easy to use, you just wash and fill your containers, insert batteries and boom, fresh ground spices! The spices sit in the container, and you just swap the containers from the main device as needed. The transition to different containers is so easy! All you have to do is gently press down onto the container to connect them, and then simply press back down to release. I'm currently eating everything in my house just so I can have an excuse to use this! I have the general containers that came with the grinder, but they do sell different sized containers for a finer grind or to grind other things!

   I recently received the FinaMill free of charge to review, and it's become a household essential since. I love the battery-operated design that lets me add spices with one hand while I continue cooking with the other. I like the option of choosing between fine, medium and coarse grind. But what really sells this grinder for me is the interchangeable pods.
   
   While black peppercorn is, like most people, my most common go-to freshly ground spice, I also love grinding red chili pepper into Mexican dishes and dill seed into dips. And my mom's famous Finnish Pulla just isn't the same unless I grind the cardamom seed myself. With the FinaMill, one grinder can handle every one of those jobs, while the pods also make a convenient place to store my favourite spices.
   
   I have the basic spice grinding pods, but there are special grinding pods for herbs and seeds as well to increase the grinder's versatility. I do wish the fine grind was a little finer than it is, but other than that the FinaMill has been a great addition to my kitchen. If you love using freshly ground spices, this is a great choice for the kitchen.

   I think this mill became a favorite kitchen accessory in my family. It's super easy to use and is VERY handy! Even kids love grinding some herbs over the meals when we cook or make salads. The changeable pods take in a good amount of herbs and spices. So, if you are looking for a spice grinder, look no further, it's absolutely useful tool to have at home.

   Recently received a new FinaPod from the seller that is specifically for an “Oily Spice” And it actually works for my flaxseeds! It was a pleasant surprise to receive one without requesting anything from the seller! Obviously they care about their product and I am recommending the Finamill with the Oily Spice Pod (orange) to others that are looking for something to grind oily seeds like flaxseed. I did need to set the grind on the fine setting, (located on the bottom of the pod where the ground seeds come out) otherwise the seeds just fall through, whole.
   
   Original review below:
   The box arrived previously opened because the sealing sticker was not stuck to the box lid. The grinder also had a scratch across the front, however, it wasn’t glaring and not really worth returning. That said, I purchased this to grind flaxseeds and it sadly does not work for that. The seeds must be too light or soft. I found the appropriate grind setting that didn’t allow whole seeds to fall through, and wasn’t so fine it turned to dust, but they were so oily from spinning around and around. It was taking way too long to grind 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds so I went back to hand grinding to finish the seeds. I am going to go ahead and keep this grinder because I am hopeful that I will find a spice to grind. On a positive note, the pods pop in and out smoothly, so that part of the device appears well designed. If I find that it works well for spices, I will update my review.
